1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an inquiry/order on Nice Lamps (nicelamps.com or our Delhi factory showroom), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact our consultation team before placing your custom order.

2. Custom Manufacturing & Handcrafted Specifications

All Nice Lamps chandeliers—including optical K9 crystal chandeliers, 24K gold-gilded brass fixtures, Maria Theresa palace jhoomars, and large-scale duplex & banquet fixtures—are custom engineered and handcrafted at our Delhi factory (Shahzada Bagh Industrial Area, Inderlok).

• Minor handcrafted variations in crystal faceting or hand-carved brass casting details are inherent characteristics of luxury artisan craftsmanship.
• Custom dimensions, drop lengths, and light counts must be finalized and confirmed in writing prior to production.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All quotes provided during consultation or via direct inquiry are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise. Custom orders require an advance token deposit before raw material allocation and framework crafting begins. Full balance settlement is due prior to final dispatch or installation.

4. Dispatch, Freight & On-Site Installation

We deliver and install architectural chandeliers across Delhi NCR and dispatch securely packed modular wooden-crate shipments nationwide across India. Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate ceiling structural load readiness (hooks, steel plates, wiring) prior to installation team arrival.

5. Warranty & Care Guidelines

Nice Lamps provides manufacturing warranty coverage on structural brass metalwork, electroplated finishes, and optical K9 lead crystal clarity. Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper third-party installation, voltage surges, or abrasive chemical cleaning agents.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
